SAP&DC is located in the southern portion of the city of Altoona, Blair County at the intersection of Sixth Avenue (PA764) and 58th Street, in the 58th Street Plaza.

From the west:
Traveling east from the Pittsburgh area, proceed along US22 and exit at the Duncansville/US22 and Altoona/PA764 exit.  Follow the signs for Altoona/PA764 North when exiting.  Proceed along PA764 for approximately 2.0 miles through three signal lights.  As you approach the fourth signal light which is 58th Street, SAP&DC is the two-story tan block, glass-fronted building on the right, located in the 58th Street Plaza.

From the east:
Traveling west from the Huntingdon area, proceed along US22 through Duncansville.  At the intersection with US220 and PA764, turn right on to PA764 North.  Stay on PA764 for approximately 3.7 miles through six signal lights.  As you approach the seventh signal light which is 58th Street, SAP&DC is the two-story tan block, glass-fronted building on the right, located in the 58th Street Plaza.

From the north:
Traveling south from the State College area, proceed along I-99 and exit at the Plank Road exit.  At the end of the ramp bear right onto Plank Road and immediately get in the far left turn lane.  Turn left at the next signal light onto Goods Lane.  Follow this road for approximately 1.2 miles through four signal lights.  As you approach the fifth signal light, turn left onto Roselawn Avenue just past the St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church.  SAP&DC is the two-story tan block, glass-fronted building on the right, located in the 58th Street Plaza.

From the south:
Traveling north from the Bedford area, proceed along I-99 and exit at the Plank Road exit.  At the end of the ramp turn left onto Plank Road.  Go under I-99 through one signal light and immediately get in the far left turn lane.  Turn left at the next signal light onto Goods Lane.  Follow this road for approximately 1.2 miles through four signal lights.  As you approach the fifth signal light, turn left onto Roselawn Avenue just past the St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church.  SAP&DC is the two-story tan block, glass-fronted building on the right, located in the 58th Street Plaza.
