SAP&DC works to increase the capacity of communities to attract new business, lower unemployment rates, increase jobs and create a better quality of life.

  The Southern Alleghenies Action Team (SAAT) offers support for community and economic development projects throughout the region.  This team of SAP&DC staff works with individual communities to define a vision and build capacity.  Communities receive assistance with developing projects, prioritizing investments and identifying federal and state resources.
