International Trade Development: Assistance to small and medium sized companies to evaluate potential international markets and to develop and implement strategies to successfully export goods and services.  Businesses gain access to a network of state sponsored overseas representatives, private and public sector providers as well as the expertise of staff.

Marketing: Specialized marketing assistance to small and medium sized businesses with 100 employees or less. All for-profit businesses in any industry/sector except retail are eligible. The program provides marketing assessment and marketing plan development service free of charge. The implementation of the marketing strategy and advice in the plan and its associated costs is at the business’s discretion.

Sales (Domestic)/ Dealing with Customers: Assistance is available to manufacturers to help build, train and motivate sales teams. Help is also available to ascertain real market conditions, uncovering factors that help achieve more accurate forecasting and better business cases. Quantitative and qualitative customer research will provide specific recommendations. An analysis of pricing will be the basis for strategies to improve margins, increase product profitability, identify potential problems and estimate the impact of price on sales.
