Local (county-specific) industrial development agencies maintain inventories of many sites and buildings available for both new businesses and those which need to expand. In addition, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania offers its substantial resources to help in this regard. The Department of Community and Economic Development’s “Select Sites” program catalogs a comprehensive array of options. Also, the Team PA Foundation and the Governor’s Action Team (GAT) will provide direct assistance, partnering with development organizations across the Commonwealth to structure deals in support of job creation.
