SAP&DC has completed a Regional Housing Strategy which examines the current supply and demand of the housing market in the Southern Alleghenies region, presents a vision for how the regional housing market can be improved, and provides a Regional Housing Toolkit which identifies strategies for implementing the Housing Strategy. The Plan will also complement SAP&DC’s recently completed 2020-2024 Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) and the Alleghenies Ahead: Comprehensive Plan adopted in 2018. The Strategy was completed with assistance of czb, a planning firm headquartered in Bath, Maine.
If you have comments or questions on the Recovery and Resilience Plan, please contact Dustin Bishop – Disaster Recovery Coordinator at SAP&DC via email at dbishop@sapdc.org.
