Federal Government Vendor Registration:
Businesses interested in selling products or services to federal civil or defense entities must register in the System for Award Management (SAM).
A Dunn & Bradstreet number must be obtained before completing a SAM registration. To obtain a D&B number, phone 1-866-705-5711.
PA State Government Vendor Registration:
Businesses interested in selling products or services to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania must first register as a supplier with the PA Supplier Portal.
Other States (non-PA) Vendor Registrations:
The National Institute of Governmental Purchasing Inc. maintains a links list for each of the 50 states.
Subcontractor Opportunities Registration:
The SBA manages a web site and database for Prime Contractors to announce needs and Subcontractors to announce capabilities. Additionally the Small Business Administration (SBA) publishes a list of Major Prime Contractors.
