The Southern Alleghenies Workforce Development Board (SAWDB) is committed to leading initiatives designed to enhance the skills of the workforce in order to meet the needs of the region’s employers to compete in a world economy.
Through the PA CareerLink ® system, the SAWDB uses its collective expertise and resources to support a wide range of programs designed to meet the needs of the jobseeker and employer alike and help prepare the region’s youth for the world of work.
