The Southern Alleghenies Planning & Development Commission (SAP&DC) fully with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Civil Rights Restoration Act of 1987, Executive Order 12898 on Environmental Justice, and related nondiscrimination statutes and regulations in all programs and activities. All Title VI complaints must be submitted in writing using the Title VI Complaint Form in accordance with the SAP&DC Title VI Complaint Procedures.
